Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Human Resources Generalist to join our team and drive our HR initiatives forward. In this vital role, you will serve as a key partner in managing human capital processes, fostering a positive workplace culture, and ensuring compliance with employment laws. Your energetic approach will help streamline HR operations, support talent management strategies, and enhance employee engagement across the organization. Responsibilities Manage full-cycle talent acquisition processes, including sourcing candidates through various channels, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees with comprehensive orientation programs. Oversee employee evaluation procedures, performance management systems, and training & development initiatives to promote continuous growth and skill enhancement. Administer employee benefits programs, handle workers' compensation claims, and ensure compliance with all relevant employment & labor laws. Support change management efforts by facilitating organizational design projects and succession planning activities that align with strategic goals. Maintain accurate HR data within HRIS (Human Resources Information System) platforms such as Workday or SAP SuccessFactors; perform data analysis using Excel to generate reports for leadership review. Handle employee relations issues with professionalism, employing conflict management techniques while ensuring confidentiality and legal compliance. Assist in regulatory compliance management by implementing affirmative action plans, OSHA standards, FMLA regulations, and other legal requirements affecting the workforce. Qualifications Proven experience in human resources management or HR department roles with a strong understanding of employment law in talent management. Demonstrated expertise in human capital management systems such as Oracle HCM, UltiPro, or ADP; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel data analysis is essential. Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle confidential information discreetly and effectively collaborate across teams. Strong project management skills to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Knowledge of benefits administration, payroll processing (Paychex, Dayforce), and HR sourcing strategies is highly desirable. Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities within a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
