Your primary responsibility will be to oversee and manage the recruitment process while also serving as a point of contact for different internal stakeholders. You will play an important role in attracting, identifying, and onboarding talents, as well as providing HR guidance and support to employees and line managers. Responsibilities: Responsible for the full cycle recruitment process, including job ad posting, sourcing, shortlisting, (phone/ interview) screening, interview arrangements, offer negotiation, and onboarding; Work closely with senior management and line managers to understand the business needs and develop hiring strategies; Support all campus recruitment activities and employer branding initiatives; Assist in HR communications matters, such as being the point of contact for staff and line managers, ensuring a clear communication and implementation of HR policies, working with the team on staff relations initiatives, escalate any performance management issue to team manager, and handle staff departure exit interviews; Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned. Requirements: Degree holder of any discipline; 2 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in-house or agency settings; Recruitment experience for financial services/ IT roles preferred; Knowledge of Employment Ordinance and other relevant ordinances and hands-on experience in ATS is an advantage; Proficient in MS Excel; Proactive, independent, and work well in a fast-paced environment; Good at communicating with employees from all levels; Immediately available is preferred.
