About the Role

A rapidly growing international developer is seeking an experienced HR Director to lead the people strategy for its expanding European business.

This is a unique opportunity to join an organisation during a significant growth phase and build the HR function across a fast-paced environment delivering major digital infrastructure and engineering projects across Europe.

Reporting directly to senior leadership, you will play a key role in organisational growth, workforce planning, talent acquisition, employee engagement and the development of a high-performance culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the HR strategy aligned with business growth objectives.
• Partner with executive leadership on organisational design and workforce planning.
• Lead talent acquisition and employer branding initiatives.
• Develop compensation, benefits and performance management frameworks.
• Drive employee engagement, retention and leadership development programmes.
• Establish scalable HR policies, processes and governance structures.
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation and HR best practices.
• Build and lead the HR function as the organisation continues to expand.

Requirements

• Significant experience in a senior HR leadership position.
• Experience supporting rapidly growing organisations.
• Strong background in talent acquisition, organisational development and employee engagement.
• Experience working within engineering, infrastructure, construction, technology or data centre environments is highly desirable.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluent English required. Spanish highly desirable.
