We are currently accepting applications for our Human Resources Coordinator position. Key Responsibilities Recruiting & Talent Acquisition Source and screen candidates via job boards, referrals, and internal databases. Conduct phone and video interviews to assess candidate qualifications and experience. Manage the full recruitment cycle including offers, negotiations, and onboarding. Maintain accurate and detailed records in our applicant tracking system (ATS). Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and staffing needs. Develop pipelines of clinical talent and maintain strong candidate relationships. Stay updated on industry recruitment trends and continuously improve strategies. Staff Scheduling & Operations Lead and manage high-volume scheduling for clinical staff across multiple regions. Ensure 100% shift coverage, including urgent call-offs, absences, and no-shows. Coordinate real-time shift assignments and last-minute coverage with floater staff. Maintain an organized and up-to-date database of staff availability. Communicate shift assignments clearly and promptly to clinical staff. Partner with the onboarding team to ensure newly hired staff are scheduled quickly. Verify and approve timesheets for payroll and ensure labor law compliance. Track and manage time-off requests, sick time, and reimbursements. Provide general operational support and perform ad hoc tasks as needed. Qualifications Proven experience in recruiting, scheduling, or operational roles - preferably in healthcare staffing. Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruiting, scheduling systems, and workforce management tools. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume, and high-pressure environment. Proficiency with ATS and scheduling software; tech-savvy and quick to learn new platforms. Priority for candidates with flexibility to work early mornings (as early as 6:00 AM), evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
