As our Human Resources Business Partner , you’ll be an essential part of our supportive People Team. You’ll provide expert HR support across the organisation, managing ER case work and coaching our leaders. You’ll use your expertise to help create a positive inclusive workplace culture where everyone feels valued and can be their true selves.. What you’ll bring: - Has strong generalist HR experience and confidence in managing HR casework. - Good communication skills and the ability to build positive, professional relationships, with a commitment to providing excellent service. - A passion for creating positive HR employee experiences. - A CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent experience. - Understands UK employment law and best practice If this sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you.
