# Human Resources Business Partner (Education & Cross-border Operations) **ASK IT Limited** · Causeway Bay, Hong Kong Island · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 3 дня назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Responsibilities: · Work with management to assess staffing requirements arising from the company’s education, overseas study consulting and related service activities, and translate business plans into practical recruitment and workforce arrangements. · Manage recruitment for education consultants, business development, student services, administrative and management positions, with particular focus on professional talent required for Hong Kong and cross-border operations. · Coordinate the recruitment and onboarding of Mainland and Hong Kong personnel, ensuring effective communication between business managers, candidates and relevant internal functions. · Support organisational planning and workforce allocation as the company expands its education service operations, including position assessment, reporting arrangements and staffing adjustments. · Provide HR support to managers on employee development, performance matters, talent assessment and other people-related issues within the business. · Prepare workforce and recruitment analysis covering headcount, hiring progress, turnover and labour costs, and provide management with information for staffing and operational planning. · Support HR projects arising from the company’s Hong Kong and Mainland education operations, including cross-border talent initiatives, HR process improvement and coordination with external professional service providers. Requirements: · Bachelors degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or a related discipline. · At least 4 years of progressive experience in corporate HR, HR business partnering, recruitment or organisational management, preferably within an education, professional services, consumer services or diversified group environment. · Experience supporting recruitment across different functions and levels, with the ability to understand business requirements and assess candidates for professional and management positions. · Practical experience working with Mainland China organisations and supporting Hong Kong or cross-border recruitment and workforce coordination will be highly relevant. · Strong understanding of workforce planning, recruitment, talent development, performance management and employee relations, with the ability to provide practical support to business managers. · Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English, with the ability to communicate with Mainland and Hong Kong stakeholders and prepare professional management materials. · Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word, with experience in HR systems, recruitment platforms and workforce reporting. . ***Permanent Hong Kong Resident is preferred.
