Duties - Lead full cycle recruiting efforts, from candidate sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience. - Utilize talent management software such as UltiPro, Kenexa BrassRing, and ATS systems to track applicant flow, manage candidate data, and streamline recruitment processes. - Develop innovative sourcing strategies through social media marketing (recruitment), cold calling, research, and campus recruitment initiatives to attract high-quality candidates. - Conduct interviews for technical roles, executive positions, and high-volume recruitment campaigns while maintaining compliance with employment law in talent management. - Manage relationships with hiring managers and external recruiting agencies to coordinate staffing needs effectively. - Support employee orientation programs, employee evaluation processes, and training & development initiatives to foster employee engagement and retention. - Assist with HR legal compliance activities related to employment law, internal recruiting policies, and HR sourcing standards. Qualifications - Proven experience in recruiting or human resources roles with familiarity in full cycle recruiting, external recruiting, and high-volume recruitment environments. - Strong negotiation skills paired with excellent communication skills to engage candidates and stakeholders confidently. - Proficiency in talent management software such as UltiPro, Kenexa BrassRing, ATS platforms, and HR systems like HRIS (Human Resources Information System). - Knowledge of employment law in talent management and HR legal compliance standards. - Demonstrated ability to source candidates through social media marketing (recruitment), research methods, cold calling techniques, and campus recruitment channels. - Experience with technical recruiting and executive recruiting is highly desirable. - Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. - Strong relationship management skills to collaborate effectively across teams and build lasting partnerships.
