Human Resources & Administration Executive (Recruitment)
What You'll Do Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding. Partner with hiring managers on manpower requirements. Conduct candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer preparation. Build and maintain talent pipelines. Support onboarding, employee engagement, L&D, and employee relations. Assist with HR policies and ensure compliance with Malaysian employment legislation. Support employer branding and other HR initiatives. What We're Looking For Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. 2–3 years of HR experience with strong recruitment exposure. Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment. Good knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act and HR practices. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities. Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month Experience: recruitment: 1 year (Required) Language: Mandarin (Required) Work Location: In person
