This role involves managing the HR team to develop and implement HR functions, ensuring departmental goals are met. The HR Supervisor must exercise sound professional judgment in challenging situations and work closely with HR Manager, top management, department heads to achieve HR objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Support the HR Manager in the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs. - Lead and manage the HR team to execute all HR functions effectively. - Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations initiatives. - Provide guidance on HR policies, employment laws, and organizational procedures. - Administer compensation, benefits, and performance management programs. - Handle sensitive information with the highest ethical standards and confidentiality. - Collaborate with management to align HR initiatives with organizational goals. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Science, Psychology, Human Resource Development Management, or related field. - 5–10 years of experience in HR roles such as HR Generalist, HR Officer, or HR Operations. - Strong leadership skills to mentor and motivate HR and administrative personnel. - Expertise in recruitment strategies, including sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates. - Solid knowledge of HR principles, employment laws, labor relations, and conflict resolution techniques. - Experience administering compensation and benefits programs. - High level of ethical conduct and discretion in handling sensitive information. - Willingness to work Mondays through Saturdays and reside within a reasonable distance from Quezon City.
