Human Resource Staff (Internship) Location: Jakarta Why join DASI? Responsibilities: Support recruitment and selection administration processes. Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers. Maintain employee records and HR databases. Assist in onboarding activities for new employees. Support training administration and employee development initiatives. Prepare HR reports and ensure proper document filing. Assist in employee engagement activities and other HR projects. Requirements: Final-year student or Fresh Graduate in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related fields. Strong interest in Human Resources. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint). Good communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive. Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Additional Information: Placement: Pancoran, Pasar Minggu – South Jakarta Available for a minimum internship period of 3-6 months We provide you with the Transportation Allowance
