Human Resource Specialist
We are seeking a versatile Human Resource Specialist to join our team, responsible for performing a broad range of human resource functions while leveraging HRIS systems for process efficiency. Generalist Functions: Recruitment and Onboarding: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and candidate selection. Facilitate onboarding programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires. Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and conflict resolution. Foster a positive workplace culture and promote employee engagement initiatives. Compensation and Benefits: Support payroll processing and ensure accurate employee compensation. Manage benefits administration, including enrollment and employee queries. Compliance and Policies: Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies. Update and communicate HR policies and procedures as needed. Performance Management: Assist in implementing performance review systems and tracking employee development plans. Provide guidance to managers and employees regarding performance improvement strategies. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 2-3 years of experience in an HR Generalist role, including exposure to HRIS systems. Proficiency in HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, or similar systems). Solid knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices. Strong analytical skills with experience generating and interpreting HR metrics. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
