HR Recruiter – Research Ayu Research Ayu is looking for a target-driven HR Recruiter to source and hire candidates for our clinic. Responsibilities Make 80–90 calls per day to potential candidates. Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and databases. Screen candidates and schedule interviews. Follow up with candidates and coordinate the hiring process. Maintain candidate records and meet recruitment targets. Requirements 1+ year of HR/recruitment experience preferred. Excellent communication and convincing skills. Comfortable with high-volume calling and follow-ups. Basic computer/Excel skills. Target-oriented and organized.
