This role is crucial in ensuring employee productivity, payroll accuracy, and office efficiency. Key Responsibilities - Monitor employee time-in, time-out, attendance, and leaves. - Properly track and monitor field employees to ensure compliance and productivity. - Compute and process employee salaries, benefits, and government contributions in coordination with Accounting. - Handle recruitment and hiring: job posting, screening applicants, interviews, and onboarding. - Manage employee onboarding and orientation for new hires. - Monitor employee KPIs in coordination with department heads. - Maintain a strong company culture, discipline, and employee engagement. - Organize team-building activities, events, and company programs to improve morale. - Address employee concerns and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. - Handle and monitor office supplies to ensure smooth daily operations. - Recommend initiatives to improve employee satisfaction and retention. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field. - At least 1–2 years of HR experience (generalist or officer level). - Knowledge of HR processes: payroll, timekeeping, recruitment, and labor law compliance. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Proactive and trustworthy, able to handle confidential information. - Good communication and interpersonal skills. Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php27,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
