Human Resource Officer
We're looking for an experienced HR Specialist who is passionate about improving people processes and delivering excellent HR support. This role goes beyond day-to-day HR administration—you'll work closely with the HR Manager to develop HR initiatives, improve systems and processes, and help shape the employee experience across the organization. As one of the major independent tire distributors in the country, it serves a broad network of clients and partners. What You'll Do · Lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding · Partner with managers to meet workforce requirements · Administer employee records, HRIS, and government-mandated benefits · Coordinate employee engagement and organizational development initiatives · Prepare HR reports and analyze workforce metrics · Support employee relations and labor compliance · Recommend and implement HR process improvements · Participate in HR projects, policy development, and continuous improvement initiatives What We're Looking For · Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field · At least 3 years of HR Generalist experience · Strong background in recruitment, HR operations, employee relations, and labor compliance · Experience using HRIS and Microsoft Office applications · Excellent communication, organization, and analytical skills · Able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of confidentiality · A proactive mindset with a passion for improving HR processes and enhancing the employee experience Job Type: Full-time Pay: From Php30,000.00 per month Benefits: Company events Health insurance Ability to commute/relocate: Quezon City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: HR Operations: 3 years (Required) Work Location: In person
