The role will support recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, training, and HR compliance while contributing to business expansion and workforce stability. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment for retail store and back-office positions, including job posting, candidate screening, interview coordination, offer preparation and onboarding. Manage employee attendance, leave administration and payroll coordination. Support compensation and benefits administration and implementation of HR policies. Coordinate performance review and employee development processes. Manage employee onboarding, confirmation, contract administration and offboarding. Handle employee relations matters, grievances and workplace issues professionally. Organise employee engagement and training activities. Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation. Ensure HR practices comply with Singapore employment legislation and relevant MOM requirements. Provide day-to-day HR support to employees and management. Prepare HR reports and coordinate with the regional HR team. Perform other HR-related duties as assigned. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline. Minimum 3 years of relevant HR Generalist / HR Operations experience. Good knowledge of Singapore employment regulations and HR practices. Experience in retail, F&B, FMCG or other manpower-intensive industries will be an advantage. Hands-on experience in recruitment, payroll coordination, employee relations and HR operations. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Detail-oriented, organised and able to work independently. Able to work effectively with different stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. Benefits 13th Month AWS.
