Human Resource Manager
HR Manager – Key Responsibilities, Manage end-to-end recruitment and on-boarding processes Handle payroll processing , salary disbursement, deductions, and statutory compliance Maintain and monitor employee attendance , leave records, and shift schedules Address and resolve employee grievances , disciplinary issues, and conflicts professionally Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures Ensure compliance with labour laws , company policies, and regulations Manage performance appraisal systems and employee evaluations Oversee employee records , HR documentation, and reports Coordinate training and development programs Manage employee engagement , motivation, and retention initiatives Ensure workplace discipline, ethics, health, and safety standards Act as a bridge between management and employees for effective communication Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month Education: Master's (Preferred) Experience: Human resources: 3 years (Preferred) Language: English (Preferred) Hindi (Preferred) Telugu (Preferred) Location: Begumpet, Hyderabad, Telangana (Preferred) Shift availability: Night Shift (Preferred) Work Location: In person
