Human Resource Manager

We are looking for a proactive HR Manager for Pamana Water Corporation, Head Office! (Puregold subsidiary)

The successful candidate will be accountable in the planning, development, and implementation of strategies and programs for HR Management and Administration of all units of the department which supports the company's business objectives. The HR Manager is also accountable for the company's compliance to the labor laws and regulations.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Graduate of Psychology, Human Resource Management, Behavioral Science or other related courses.
• Experience in a Water Utility Company is a plus.
• With at least 5 years' experience in the same capacity.
• With HR Management experience specializing in Employee Relations and Labor Relations.
• Must be residing or willing to relocate in Manila.
