Human Resource Manager
HR MANAGER Prima Plastic Manufacturing Corporation Bulacan | Full-Time About Us Prima Plastic Manufacturing Corporation is an established Philippine manufacturing company with over 60 years of experience in the flexible packaging industry . We are looking for an experienced and hands-on HR Manager to lead our Human Resources function and help strengthen our policies, systems, employee relations, and workplace culture. The Role As HR Manager, you will be responsible for managing the overall HR function of the company and working closely with Management and department heads to ensure proper implementation of company policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee the company's overall HR operations Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies, procedures, and company rules Handle employee relations, grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary cases Lead recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and manpower planning Manage attendance, leave, employee records, and performance evaluation Establish and improve HR systems, processes, and documentation Ensure compliance with Philippine Labor Laws and DOLE requirements Conduct employee investigations and recommend appropriate action Develop performance management and employee accountability programs Work closely with Management and department heads on employee and manpower concerns Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information Handle HR reports, documentation, and government compliance requirements Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably with management-level experience Experience in manufacturing or other labor-intensive industries is highly preferred Strong knowledge of Philippine Labor Laws and DOLE regulations Proven experience handling employee relations and disciplinary cases Strong recruitment and manpower planning experience Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Firm but fair, professional, and able to handle difficult situations Highly organized, detail-oriented, and trustworthy Able to work independently and take full ownership of the HR function The Ideal Candidate We are looking for an HR professional who is experienced, mature, firm but fair, and not afraid to address difficult employee issues . The ideal candidate should be capable of building proper HR systems, enforcing company policies consistently, improving employee accountability, and advising Management on HR matters . Experience managing HR in a manufacturing environment with shift-based operations will be a strong advantage.
