# Human Resource Manager **The People Scout** · Jakarta · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 8 дней назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Key Responsibilities: - Strategic HR Leadership: Align HR strategies with overarching business goals, acting as a key HR Business Partner to Management and Department Heads. - Workforce & Organizational Planning: Lead manpower planning, organizational structure design, workforce optimization, and labor cost control. - Talent Acquisition & Lifecycle Management: Oversee end-to-end recruitment to fulfill manpower targets and manage the complete employee lifecycle. - Total Rewards & Compliance: Manage C&B operations (Payroll, BPJS, THR, incentives, allowances, annual salary reviews) ensuring strict compliance with Indonesian Labor Law. - Performance & Talent Development: Design and deploy KPI systems, performance appraisals, career paths, succession planning, and leadership development programs. - Employee & Industrial Relations: Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, disciplinary procedures, and maintain positive industrial relations. - Team Leadership: Coach, mentor, and elevate the internal HR team to meet key departmental targets.
