Overseeing the recruitment, application, hiring, and onboarding processes of new employees. Planning and delegating responsibilities for company events. Coordinating between employees and higher management for concerns. Deciding the course of action and disciplinary measures for employee incidents. Developing training programs for employees to address the needs of the company. Creating an assessment, retention and benefits criteria for evaluating employees. Ensure all company HR policies are applied consistently Maintain company organization charts and employee directory. Partner with management to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with business initiatives. Maintain HR systems and processes, (Payroll). Analyze trends in compensation and benefits.
