This role will be responsible for driving end-to-end talent acquisition strategies, leading learning and development initiatives, and ensuring effective HR operations aligned with business goals. Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition Lead and execute recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates across all levels (operations, corporate, and leadership roles) Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding Build and maintain strong talent pipelines to support business expansion Training & Development Design, develop, and implement training programs aligned with organizational objectives Identify learning gaps and create development plans to enhance employee performance Oversee onboarding and continuous learning initiatives HR Operations & Employee Engagement Supervise daily HR operations and ensure smooth implementation of HR policies and procedures Lead employee engagement programs to improve retention and workplace culture Provide guidance and support to managers on HR-related matters Compliance & Governance Ensure compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and company policies Maintain accurate HR documentation and records Support audits and ensure adherence to HR best practices Qualifications Proven experience in recruitment and training, preferably within the Food & Beverage or Restaurant industry Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience handling large teams or high-volume hiring Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Preferred Qualifications Experience working in organizations with 3,000+ employees Background in multi-site or operations-heavy environments Familiarity with HR systems and training platforms Pay: Php80,000.00 - Php90,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
