Human Resource Manager
● Supervising all HR activities, communication, reports, requests, and documents created and received by the team. ● Enforcing management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending HR policies and procedures. ● Suggesting changes in the handbook, policies, and procedures based on employee and company needs. ● Ensuring employees follow all policies and procedures. ● Assessing reports provided by the HR team, team leaders, supervisors, and managers to determine employee performance and training needs. ● Attending interdepartmental meetings with other managers for reports and updates. ● Creating recruitment plans, interview schedules, and evaluation standards in accordance with HR methodologies and labor laws. ● Developing and monitoring overall HR strategies, systems, and procedures across the organization. ● Keeping up to date with regard to compensation standards set by the governing bodies in order to create salary structures and the administration of employee benefits. ● Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource policies and requirements, conducting investigations, maintaining records, and representing the organization at hearings. ● Overseeing exit interviews and procedures of resigning employees. ● Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. ● Performs tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
