# Human Resource Executive **SELECT SERVICE PARTNER SINGAPORE PTE LTD** · Outram · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 5 дней назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role - Full recruitment and on-boarding process according to manpower requirements - Full off-boarding and exit interview process - Support in processing end to end monthly payroll, including statutory submissions (e.g. IR8A, IR21, CPF, government related claims, etc) - Keep updated in local labour law developments impacting practices and policies - Ensure all HR records and practices are in full compliance with statutory requirements - Maintain updated and accurate personnel files for all staff, with accurate and timely submission of data/surveys/reports - Build partnerships across the HR function to internal staff to support in business partnering, so as to aid in providing feedback and input to align business objectives with employees and management - Support in administration duties such as airport pass applications and other office administration processes - Any other duties as assigned by the reporting Manager Working location will be at Changi Airport, Terminal 2.
