Human Resource Executive
Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment , screening, interviews and hiring. Handle employee onboarding, documentation and personnel records . Maintain attendance, leave and employee databases . Coordinate probation, performance reviews and employee development . Handle employee concerns, grievances and workplace discipline. Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures . Coordinate joining, confirmation, transfers and exit formalities . Maintain HR trackers and provide regular HR reports to management . Support statutory HR compliance and coordinate with external consultants when required. Promote a professional, disciplined and positive workplace culture . Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
