The ideal candidate should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, be comfortable interacting with candidates and employees, and have a good understanding of recruitment and HR processes. Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent Acquisition Manage the complete recruitment cycle from job requirement to candidate onboarding. Understand hiring requirements and prepare accurate job descriptions. Source candidates through job portals, employee referrals, social media, and other channels. Screen resumes ,schedule interviews with hiring managers and coordinate the selection process. Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.. Prepare offer letters and coordinate the joining process. Maintain an updated recruitment tracker and candidate database. HR Operations Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files. Coordinate employee onboarding and induction. Handle employee queries and coordinate with management for timely resolution. Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information. Required Skills Strong verbal and written communication skills. Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques. Ability to conduct effective candidate screening and preliminary interviews. Good organizational and time-management skills. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
