HUMAN RESOURCE CONSULTANT [INT-INP-01]
Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment including candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and offer administration Build and maintain talent pipelines while working closely with hiring managers on manpower needs Serve as a point of contact for employee relations matters and general workplace enquiries Coordinate training programmes, development initiatives, and performance improvement plans Support managers in goal setting and monitoring employee performance Maintain employee records and ensure strict confidentiality of HR documentation and data Prepare HR reports covering recruitment performance, employee turnover, and workforce insights Assist in HR projects and employer branding initiatives such as career fairs and recruitment campaigns Requirements: Minimum Diploma and above Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply — training will be provided Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate Pay: $3,200.00 - $4,300.00 per month Benefits: Additional leave Professional development Promotion to permanent employee Education: Local Polytechnic Diploma (Required) Work Location: In person
