Glad2Glow Malaysia is hiring a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to partner closely with our teams and drive impactful people strategies. Responsibilities: Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with business goals Drive talent acquisition and recruitment strategies to attract top talent Manage performance management and employee relations matters Advise managers on HR practices and disciplinary actions Support organizational change and ensure labour law compliance Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in HR, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or related field 5–7 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in employee relations and performance management Strong knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an advantage Job Type: Full-time Pay: RM9,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month Benefits: Opportunities for promotion Professional development Work Location: In person
