Duties and Responsibilities Hires qualified candidate within SLA Monitors employment status of employees, preparation of evaluation forms, and distributes it to the corresponding dept.head. Conducts plant inspection ensuring all area safe and in compliance with GMP Coordinates with manpower agencies(security and operations helper) Serves as point person in site 2- Pulilan Bulacan Required skills/competencies Good communication/interview skills Demonstrate professionalism, active listening and appropriate workplace communication Proficient in MS Office Training/Experience/Education At least six months experience in end to end recruitment, HR work and administartive/clerical work Graduate of BS Psychology, behavioral science, human resource management or any related course. Pay: Php15,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month Benefits: Additional leave On-site parking Paid training Work Location: In person
