Human Resource Assistant
Main Duties and Responsibilities: Source qualified applicants through various recruitment channels, including online job portals, employee referrals, walk-in applicants, job fairs, educational institutions, government employment agencies, and other sourcing platforms. Conduct initial interviews and applicant screening to assess qualifications and endorse qualified candidates to the concerned Department Managers for further evaluation and final interview. Administer, evaluate, and interpret pre-employment examinations and other assessment tools, as applicable. Ensure that applicants submit complete pre-employment requirements and maintain accurate and organized 201 personnel files. Conduct reference and background checks to validate applicants' qualifications, employment history, and character, as required. Prepare and issue Back-to-Work Orders and other employment-related documents in accordance with company policies. Process and monitor leave applications of security personnel in coordination with the Operations Department to ensure proper documentation and manpower planning. Maintain, organize, and safeguard employees' 201 files and ensure proper filing of HR records in the records stockroom. Encode and maintain records of pre-employment, annual, and other mandatory medical examination results. Respond to and assist the security guards with HR-related concerns such as requests for payslips, cash assistance, employment certifications, and other personnel-related inquiries. Prepare, publish, and update job advertisements for vacant positions across approved recruitment platforms. Prepare endorsement letters and deployment documents prior to the assignment of security personnel to clients. Validate and review the Daily Time Records (DTRs) of security personnel every 5th and 20th of the month to ensure accuracy and support timely payroll processing. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or Psychology At least one (1) year of experience as Recruitment Assistant in manpower industry is preferred, but not required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) Basic knowledge of recruitment and selection process Effective written and verbal communication skills Strong data-entry skills with high level of accuracy, and attention to details Ability to navigate tools like Canva, Facebook Pages, and other platforms that may be used for recruitment Good interpersonal skills with high level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality Highly organized with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment Willing to render overtime work, including weekends, holidays, or beyond regular working hours, whenever required by operational exigencies or business needs Willing to work in Muntinlupa Willing to start ASAP Pay: From Php18,127.95 per month Benefits: Health insurance Ability to commute/relocate: Muntinlupa: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: Human Resource - Recruitment and Selection: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: In person
