HubSpot CRM & Marketing Operations Manager Location: Lakewood, NJ — On-Site Job Type: Full-Time Salary: $85,000–$105,000 per year, based on experience About the Role TriState Low Voltage Supply is looking for an experienced HubSpot CRM & Marketing Operations Manager to take ownership of our HubSpot platform and help us build a stronger, more measurable sales and marketing operation. We currently use HubSpot for CRM, sales, and marketing, but the system has not been fully optimized or structured to its potential. We are looking for someone who can evaluate our existing setup, clean up and improve the system, and then take ongoing ownership of HubSpot and our marketing campaigns. This is a hands-on position . We are not looking for someone who only manages outside agencies or provides high-level marketing strategy. The right candidate should be comfortable working directly inside HubSpot—building workflows, creating campaigns, analyzing results, troubleshooting issues, and continuously improving performance. Key Responsibilities Take full ownership of our HubSpot CRM and marketing environment Audit our existing HubSpot setup and identify areas that need to be corrected or improved Organize and optimize contacts, companies, properties, lifecycle stages, pipelines, lists, and segmentation Build and maintain automated workflows and lead-nurturing processes Improve lead routing, lead scoring, follow-up processes, and sales handoffs Create, launch, and manage email marketing campaigns Build campaign audiences and customer segments Create and manage HubSpot forms, landing pages, lists, and marketing automation Set up proper campaign tracking, UTM tracking, attribution, and reporting Develop dashboards for management, sales, and marketing Track campaign performance, leads, conversions, revenue, and ROI Perform A/B testing and continuously optimize campaigns based on results Monitor database quality, duplicates, incomplete information, and overall CRM data hygiene Work closely with our sales team to improve CRM adoption and sales processes Review integrations between HubSpot and other business systems and recommend improvements Identify opportunities to automate repetitive sales and marketing processes Provide management with clear reporting on what is working, what is not working, and what should be changed Qualifications 3+ years of hands-on HubSpot experience Strong experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub and Sales Hub Experience administering or significantly improving an existing HubSpot CRM Strong understanding of HubSpot workflows, automation, lists, properties, pipelines, lifecycle stages, and reporting Experience creating and managing email marketing campaigns Strong understanding of lead generation, lead nurturing, segmentation, and conversion tracking Experience with campaign attribution and measuring marketing ROI Strong analytical skills and ability to turn campaign data into actionable recommendations Experience creating dashboards and reports for management Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects from beginning to end Comfortable working directly with sales and management teams Preferred Qualifications HubSpot certifications Experience with HubSpot Operations Hub Experience integrating HubSpot with ERP, e-commerce, or other business platforms B2B marketing experience Experience working with distributors, wholesalers, technology companies, or e-commerce businesses Experience with paid digital marketing and tracking campaign performance across multiple channels Familiarity with AI tools and using AI to improve marketing and sales productivity What Success Looks Like The successful candidate will turn HubSpot into a reliable, organized, and measurable sales and marketing platform. Within the first several months, we expect this person to understand and improve our existing setup, establish clean processes and reporting, launch well-structured campaigns, and give management clear visibility into where leads are coming from, which campaigns are generating results, and where we should invest our marketing resources. We are looking for someone who doesn't simply execute campaigns but studies the results, identifies opportunities, tests improvements, and continuously works to generate better results. Work Location This is a full-time, on-site position in our Lakewood, New Jersey office.
