HSSE Manager – Night Shift

• Lead and supervise HSSE arrangements during the night shift across the assigned project/package.
• Ensure implementation of project HSSE plans, risk assessments, method statements, PTW requirements and applicable client/authority standards.
• Conduct night-shift inspections, audits and management walkabouts; identify unsafe conditions and ensure timely close-out of findings.
• Verify adequate HSSE staffing, work-zone controls, lighting, access/egress, traffic management, lifting controls and emergency readiness.
• Review high-risk activities and confirm toolbox talks, task briefings and competent supervision are in place before work starts.
• Lead incident/near-miss reporting, investigation, corrective actions and lessons learned; escalate serious risks promptly.
• Coordinate with construction teams, subcontractors, client representatives and emergency response personnel.
• Prepare shift HSSE reports, statistics and handover records; stop unsafe work where required.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Occupational Health & Safety / Engineering, or equivalent relevant qualification.
• NEBOSH International Diploma or equivalent professional HSSE qualification preferred;
• Minimum 8–10 years of construction HSSE experience, including supervisory/managerial duties; airport or major infrastructure experience preferred.
• Relevant UAE HSSE legislation, client requirements, risk assessment, incident investigation and emergency management knowledge.
• Strong leadership, reporting, communication and subcontractor coordination skills.
• Available to work night shifts; valid UAE driving licence is an advantage.

Pay: AED1.00 per month
