The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of the subject matter, and a passion for helping others grow professionally. Key Responsibilities: ● Training Development: Design, develop, and update training programs and materials, including presentations, manuals, and e-learning content. ● Training Delivery: Conduct training sessions through various methods such as classroom instruction, webinars, workshops, and e-learning platforms, Carnivals ● Evaluation: Assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, tests, and performance metrics, and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes. ● Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of training activities, including attendance, progress, and feedback. ● Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development, and incorporate new techniques and tools into training programs. ● Support and Mentorship: Provide ongoing support and coaching to employees to ensure the successful application of training content. ● Collaboration: Work closely with HR, department heads, and other stakeholders to ensure training aligns with organizational goals and addresses specific needs. Note - The job requires travel across India to conduct training, audits, carnivals, or work assignments. Skills: ● Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. ● Instructional Design: Proficiency in designing engaging and effective training programs. ● Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to connect with and motivate learners. ● Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and time-management skills. ● Analytical Skills: Ability to assess training effectiveness and make data-driven improvements. ● Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt training methods and materials to different learning styles and needs. ● Must have a laptop and data connection. ● Must be willing to travel across the country. Educational Qualification :- ● EHS- Diploma/ Advanced diploma / B.tech /Masters in Industrial safety Gender Preference : - Male / Female Languages :- English / Hindi / Kannada Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month Benefits: - Provident Fund Work Location: In person
