HSE Supervisor (Karabatan)

Key Requirements:

• Higher education in Occupational Health, Safety, Environmental Management, or a related field;
• Minimum 5 years of HSE experience in industrial construction, petrochemical, oil & gas, EPC, or similar projects;
• Good knowledge of Kazakhstan HSE legislation and international HSE standards;
• Practical experience in conducting site inspections, risk assessments, incident investigations, and safety trainings;
• Experience in preparing HSE reports and maintaining relevant documentation;
• Strong communication, organizational, and reporting skills;
• Fluency in English is mandatory, both written and spoken;
• Experience working on large-scale industrial or construction projects will be considered an advantage.
