Conduct regular site inspections, safety audits and hazard identification , and recommend corrective actions. Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions and awareness training for employees and subcontractors. Ensure proper use of PPE, work permits and safe working practices , particularly for high-risk construction activities. Report and investigate incidents, near misses and unsafe conditions , and follow up on corrective actions. Maintain HSE records, inspection reports, safety statistics and relevant documentation . Coordinate with the Project HSE Manager, site team, consultants and subcontractors on safety-related matters. Requirements Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in HSE, Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety or related field . 3–4 years of relevant HSE experience in general contracting/civil construction. UAE construction experience is preferred. NEBOSH IGC / IOSH certification preferred. Good knowledge of construction safety practices, risk assessment and UAE HSE requirements. Strong communication and site inspection skills. Experience: HSE Officer: 4 years (Preferred) Work Location: In person
