HSE MANAGERE
We are seeking an experienced and proactive HSE Manager to lead, develop, and enforce our Health, Safety, and Environmental strategies across project sites. The ideal candidate will ensure full compliance with Saudi labor laws and international safety standards, fostering an zero-harm culture across all operations. Key Responsibilities - Design, implement, and continuously update site-specific Health, Safety, and Environmental management plans. - Conduct regular risk assessments, job safety analyses (JSA), and site audits to identify hazards and ensure strict compliance with local regulations (OSHA / ISO 45001 / ISO 14001). - Direct investigations of workplace accidents or near-misses, determine root causes, and execute effective corrective and preventive action plans. - Lead site safety inductions, toolbox talks, and continuous safety training programs for site engineers, supervisors, and workforce. - Maintain comprehensive HSE documentation, compile monthly safety performance reports, and present key metrics to executive leadership. Qualifications & Requirements - Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related technical discipline. - NEBOSH IGC or International Diploma required. OSHA, IOSH, or Lead Auditor (ISO 45001 / ISO 14001) certifications are highly preferred. - Minimum 7–10 years of progressive HSE experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role within the construction or interior fit-out industry in Saudi Arabia/GCC. - Excellent knowledge of KSA safety laws, strong leadership capabilities, risk evaluation expertise, and fluent professional English communication skills.
