This role is responsible for enhancing employee capabilities, driving leadership development, improving organizational effectiveness, and fostering a high-performance culture that supports business growth. Key Responsibilities - Develop and implement company-wide learning and organizational development strategies. - Design and facilitate training programs for retail operations, head office, and leadership teams. - Conduct training needs analysis and identify competency gaps across departments. - Develop onboarding, product knowledge, customer service, sales, and leadership development programs. - Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, performance metrics, and employee feedback. - Create career development, succession planning, and talent management initiatives. - Partner with department heads to align learning programs with business objectives. - Manage and update training materials, manuals, SOPs, and e-learning content. - Monitor employee performance trends and recommend development interventions. - Lead organizational development projects that promote employee engagement, culture, and continuous improvement. - Prepare training reports, budgets, and learning analytics for management. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field. - At least 5 years of experience in Training, Learning & Development, or Organizational Development, with 2 years in a managerial role . - Experience in the fashion retail, retail, or FMCG industry is highly preferred. - Strong background in instructional design, facilitation, coaching, and leadership development. - Knowledge of competency-based training, performance management, and organizational development frameworks. - Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Strong project management and stakeholder management abilities. - Proficient in Microsoft Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS) is an advantage. - Willing to travel to stores and regional locations as needed.
