Explain job opportunities and company details to candidates. Screen candidates based on basic eligibility criteria. Schedule interviews and coordinate with recruiters/hiring managers. Maintain and update candidate records in the recruitment tracker/ATS. Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules and joining formalities. Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates. Meet daily calling and candidate submission targets. Competencies: Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to engage candidates over the phone. Basic understanding of recruitment processes. Proficiency in MS Excel and email communication. Ability to work with targets and deadlines. Strong follow-up and coordination skills Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
