HR Team Lead
Experience: 4–7 Years Location: Bangalore Employment Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the HR/Recruitment team. Handle end-to-end recruitment and ensure timely closures. Allocate requirements and monitor team performance. Source, screen, interview, and coordinate candidates. Manage onboarding, documentation, and employee queries. Track recruitment metrics and prepare regular reports. Coordinate with management and hiring managers. Train and mentor team members. Ensure HR policies and processes are followed. Requirements: 3–6 years of HR/Recruitment experience. Minimum 1–2 years of team-handling experience. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good knowledge of sourcing portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc. Strong leadership, coordination, and negotiation skills. Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
