HR & Talent Acquisition Manager | Dubai Real Estate
Location: Dubai, UAE Remote-First Role | Weekly In-Person Meetings Required Riva Maison Real Estate is looking for a high-calibre HR & Talent Acquisition Manager to take ownership of recruitment and people operations across our growing Dubai brokerage. This is a remote-first position, giving you flexibility to work remotely throughout the week. However, you must be based in Dubai and available to attend weekly in-person company meetings and additional face-to-face meetings when reasonably required. The Role Our immediate priority is recruitment. We need someone who can proactively identify, approach and attract experienced, high-performing Dubai real estate professionals — not simply post vacancies and wait for applications. You will take ownership of the recruitment pipeline from headhunting → screening → interviewing → reference checking → offer → onboarding. Who We're Looking For You will be a highly articulate, polished and confident communicator with exceptional spoken and written English. You should have: Exceptional spoken and written English A polished, professional and confident manner Strong telephone and interview presence Previous UAE/Dubai recruitment experience Real estate recruitment experience strongly preferred Strong LinkedIn sourcing and headhunting skills Confidence approaching experienced professionals directly Ability to assess communication, professionalism and previous performance Excellent organisation and follow-up Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment A proactive, commercially minded approach Recruitment Targets This is an output-driven recruitment position. During active recruitment periods, we expect a minimum of 2 quality real estate agent hires per week. For experienced agent positions, we generally target candidates with: 3+ years Dubai real estate experience Evidence of previous transactions/commissions Strong communication and presentation Existing Dubai market knowledge Ability to generate listings and business A proven track record of closing You will also recruit for administration, operations, marketing and management positions when required. HR Responsibilities Alongside recruitment, you will manage: Contracts and onboarding Employee documentation Attendance and leave Performance management processes Warnings and disciplinary administration Offboarding General HR administration and employee support Working Structure Remote-first: Work remotely for the majority of the week. Dubai-based: You must currently be based in Dubai and able to attend meetings physically. Weekly meetings: In-person attendance at our weekly team meeting is mandatory. There may also be occasional interviews, onboarding sessions or company meetings requiring physical attendance. Our agents benefit from commission structures up to 70%, Prime Spot exposure in selected communities, Bayut and Property Finder support, dedicated listing-generation support, administration support and social media/content support. This is not a passive HR administration role. We want someone who enjoys recruitment, communicates exceptionally well, takes ownership and is confident being measured against recruitment results.
