Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and deliver quality talent solutions. Maintain and update job descriptions, job postings and talent pipelines. Ensure a positive candidate experience and strengthen employer branding. Prepare recruitment reports and analyze hiring metrics. Support other HR functions and special projects as required. A resident of Laguna. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field. 1 to 3 years of recruitment experience, ideally within manpower-intensive or private security agency operations. Familiarity with local labor laws, government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG), and security licensing regulations. Strong interpersonal communication, high-integrity screening judgment, and organizational capacity to handle heavy pipelines. Demonstrated ability to manage and maintain the utmost confidentiality of sensitive information. Makati Office location: 1757 Nicanor Garcia St., San Miguel Village, Barangay Poblacion, Makati City.
