Manage employee relations, including grievances, disciplinary cases, complaints, and workplace conflicts . Ensure compliance with DOLE regulations, labor standards, company policies, and employment requirements . Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs aligned with labor laws and business requirements. Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, deployment, and retention of merchandisers and field employees. Handle labor relations matters and coordinate with management, employees, clients, and government agencies when necessary. Review and monitor employment contracts, company policies, disciplinary procedures, and other HR documents. Ensure proper documentation and due process in handling employee disciplinary and labor-related cases . Partner with Operations and Account Management teams to address client and employee concerns involving deployed personnel. Monitor employee attendance, performance, compliance, and workforce concerns across assigned accounts. Provide guidance to supervisors and managers on labor relations, employee management, and HR best practices . Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR reports . Conduct regular HR audits and identify potential compliance risks. Represent the company in labor-related meetings, conferences, and government or client discussions when authorized. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. At least 3–5 years of progressive HR experience , preferably in merchandising, manpower agency, retail, or field operations. Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, DOLE regulations, and employment standards . Familiarity with labor relations, employee discipline, grievance handling, and conflict resolution . Experience in managing large numbers of deployed employees, merchandisers, and field personnel . Knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and HR policies. Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills. Ability to handle confidential employee information and sensitive labor-related concerns. Willing to conduct field visits and coordinate with clients, deployed employees, and operations teams. Ability to commute/relocate: Mandaluyong: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: related: 3 years (Preferred) Location: Mandaluyong (Preferred) Work Location: In person
