HR Supervisor
The Human Resources (HR) Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and managing the overall human resources operations of the organization, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits administration, and labor law compliance. The role ensures the effective implementation of HR policies, supports organizational development initiatives, and promotes a positive and productive workplace culture aligned with company goals. Key Responsibilities: Human Resources Management Develop, implement, and continuously improve HR policies, procedures, and programs in compliance with company standards and labor regulations. Oversee end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure timely hiring of qualified employees. Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel documentation. Ensure proper implementation of company policies, code of conduct, and disciplinary procedures. Employee Relations and Engagement Handle employee relations concerns, conflict resolution, and disciplinary cases in a fair and professional manner. Promote employee engagement initiatives and programs that strengthen company culture and employee satisfaction. Provide guidance and support to employees and department heads regarding HR-related matters. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, professionalism, and employee well-being. Performance Management and Training Oversee employee performance evaluation processes and ensure timely completion of performance reviews. Identify training and development needs and coordinate learning initiatives to enhance employee competencies and career growth. Support leadership development and succession planning initiatives. Compensation, Benefits, and Compliance Oversee payroll coordination, compensation, benefits administration, and government-mandated contributions. Ensure compliance with labor laws, government regulations, and company policies. Coordinate with government agencies regarding HR and employment-related requirements. Monitor HR metrics and prepare reports related to workforce planning, employee turnover, attendance, and performance. Organizational Support Support management in workforce planning, organizational development, and strategic HR initiatives. Recommend process improvements and HR best practices to improve operational efficiency and employee experience. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field Proven experience in HR management or supervisory role is required Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR practices, and employee relations Experience in recruitment, performance management, compensation and benefits, and labor compliance Strong leadership, decision-making, and interpersonal skills Excellent verbal and written communication abilities Highly organized with strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and HR systems Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity Schedule: Monday - Friday: 8AM to 6PM Saturday (Alternate): 8AM to 3PM Job Type: Full-time Pay: Php35,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month Benefits: Paid training Pay raise Ability to commute/relocate: Quezon City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Application Question(s): Do you have an experience handling DOLE cases such as attending hearing and preparing documents related to such?
