HR Supervisor
The HR Supervisor oversees daily Human Resources operations and supports the HR Manager in managing recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, training, documentation, and HR administration. The role ensures that HR policies and procedures are properly implemented while providing support to employees and management. Key Responsibilities - Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the HR team. - Assist in implementing company HR policies, procedures, and programs. - Coordinate with department heads regarding manpower requirements and employee concerns. - Oversee recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviews, and hiring. - Monitor employee onboarding, orientation, and pre-employment requirements. - Assist in handling employee relations, grievances, disciplinary cases, and workplace concerns. - Ensure proper maintenance and confidentiality of employee records and HR documents. - Monitor attendance, leave applications, and other employee-related records. - Coordinate with Compensation and Benefits regarding payroll, government contributions, and employee benefits. - Assist in performance management, employee evaluations, and HR-related programs. - Support employee training, development, engagement, and company activities. - Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable Philippine labor regulations. - Prepare HR reports, manpower reports, and other documents required by management. - Conduct HR orientations and communicate company policies to employees. - Assist in investigations and preparation of documentation for employee disciplinary cases. - Coordinate employee clearance, resignation, and separation processes. - Address employee inquiries and provide appropriate HR assistance. - Maintain good working relationships with employees, department heads, and management. - Recommend improvements to HR processes and workplace practices. - Supervise, coach, and evaluate HR Associates and other HR personnel. - Perform other duties assigned by the HR Manager or management. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. - At least 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably with supervisory experience. - Experience in recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and HR administration is preferred. - Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices. - Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. - Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word. - Ability to handle confidential employee information with professionalism and integrity. - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with employees at all levels. - Willing to work shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays when required.
