# HR Supervisor **Chinese General Hospital Colleges** · Manila · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 6 дней назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role WE ARE LOOKING FOR HUMAN RESOURCES SUPERVISOR QUALIFICATIONS: - Graduate of MA Psychology, MS Human Resource Management, MBA, or equivalent degree - With relevant experience as HR Head or HR Manager, preferably also in an academic institution - Excellent multi-tasker, can work well under pressure, highly responsible - Good interpersonal skills DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: - Assist the HR Head in implementing and improving HR policies, systems, and procedures. - Develop, update, and maintain the HR and Employee Manual, policies, protocols, and guidelines. - Handle employee concerns, grievances, discipline, employee relations, and welfare matters. - Coordinate HR programs including recruitment, onboarding, training, employee development, team building, counseling, and testing. - Monitor employee profiles, attendance, timekeeping, performance, and leave records. - Check semi-monthly timekeeping. - Coordinate with system developers for HRIS, payroll, timekeeping, and online filing systems. - Ensure data privacy and confidentiality of employee information. - Supervise and monitor HR Staff and their assigned functions. - Prepare HR reports and related documentation. - Assist the HR Head in HR planning, implementation, and monitoring. - Perform other HR-related duties as assigned by the HR Head.
