# HR Staff (Recruitment) **RS Carson General Construction Inc.** · Taguig · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 6 дней назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop job descriptions Post job openings on various online platforms, including job boards, social media, and professional networks Review resumes, cover letters, and job applications to assess candidates' qualifications and suitability for the role Conduct phone and in-person interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and personality fit Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the selection process Negotiate job offers with successful candidates and ensure that they align with the organization's compensation policies Assist in the onboarding and orientation process for new hires JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Graduate of any Bachelors Course, Psychology or any equivalent Must have 6 months to 1 year working experience in Construction Company Demonstrated knowledge in Recruitment. Outstanding interpersonal skills. Exceptional written and verbal communication. Proficient in the use of applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Good problem-solving ability. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: From Php23,000.00 per month Benefits: Pay raise Work Location: In person
