Manages job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordination with hiring managers. Ensures a positive candidate experience, maintains recruitment records, and supports employer branding initiatives. Contributes to continuous improvement of hiring strategies to attract, select, and retain top talent Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment process —job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and job offer preparation. Coordinate with hiring managers to clarify job requirements, selection criteria, and manpower needs. Conduct initial interviews, assessments, and background checks to ensure candidate qualification and fit. Maintain and update recruitment trackers, talent pipelines, and applicant databases for efficient monitoring. Execute sourcing strategies through online platforms, job fairs, partnerships, and employee referrals. Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely communication and smooth process flow. Assist in onboarding activities , such as pre-employment requirements, orientation scheduling, and coordination with relevant departments. Support employer branding initiatives , including online content, recruitment events, and campus partnerships. Prepare and submit recruitment-related reports (e.g., manpower status, hiring metrics, turn-around time). Ensure compliance with company policies , Data Privacy Act, and relevant labor standards during the hiring process. Job Qualifications Graduate of any 4-year course; Human Resource Management or Behavioral Science courses preferred Related experience in recruitment or a similar field is an advantage Proficient in MS Office applications Registered Psychometrician is an advantage Willing to work on-site at FPIP, Sto.
