HR Specialist - Recruitment
QUALIFICATIONS: Education Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience At least 1–2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a BPO or high-volume hiring environment. Experience in end-to-end recruitment is preferred. Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is an advantage. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding endorsement. Source qualified candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, job fairs, and other recruitment channels. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, communication skills, and cultural fit. Schedule and coordinate assessments, interviews, and final interviews with hiring managers. Facilitate job offers, pre-employment requirements, and onboarding coordination. Maintain a healthy talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements. Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and labor regulations. Knowledge & Skills: Strong sourcing and interviewing skills. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Good organizational and time management skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).\ Familiarity with online recruitment platforms and social media sourcing.
