The role manages applicant tracking, recruitment administration, candidate communications, interview coordination, recruitment reporting, job posting management, and pre-employment monitoring to ensure timely and successful hiring. Serves as the central recruitment support resource for hiring managers and leadership teams while maintaining an organized, efficient, and positive candidate experience. Qualification Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 2 years recruitment or talent acquisition experience. Experience using ATS or recruitment tracking systems. Proficient in Microsoft Applications and leverage AI for efficiency and support decision making. Strong organizational and communication skills. Experience supporting multiple vacancies simultaneously and work with . Aviation, logistics, customer service, or operations recruitment experience is an advantage. Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month Work Location: Hybrid remote in Manila
