HR Shared Services Manager
We are pleased to be supporting a large established client within the not-for-profit sector to appoint a HR Shared Services Manager into their People team. This is a full-time, permanent position created to strengthen the HRSS/Operations function and build internal succession depth within the organisation. This role is to be based in Singapore, on a hybrid work arrangement. Job Description You will lead a small team of 4–5 junior HR professionals and take full ownership of day-to-day HR operations and shared services. This includes end-to-end operational delivery, process improvement, and building more robust, scalable ways of working. This is a hands-on leadership role with a clear succession and capability-building mandate. The organisation is deliberately strengthening its HR pipeline so that strong operators can progressively step up and provide continuity and depth as the function evolves.
