HR Service Delivery Manager Up to 100K! (Nightshift/Onsite/QC)
About the Role We are looking for an experienced HR Service Delivery Manager to oversee and manage key HR service delivery functions and ensure the effective delivery of HR services to employees and stakeholders. The successful candidate will provide leadership across People Operations, Benefits, People Experience, and Talent Acquisition , while serving as a key escalation point for complex HR matters. This role requires a strong HR operations background, proven people management experience, and the ability to work across multiple HR functions in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee the delivery of HR services across People Operations, Benefits, People Experience, and Talent Acquisition . Manage and develop the HR Service Delivery team, ensuring effective performance, collaboration, and accountability. Serve as a primary escalation point for complex employee and HR-related concerns. Ensure HR processes and services are delivered accurately, efficiently, and consistently. Partner with internal stakeholders to resolve HR issues and improve the overall employee experience. Monitor HR service delivery performance, identify process gaps, and implement improvements. Ensure HR policies, procedures, and service standards are consistently followed. Provide guidance and support to HR teams on complex cases and operational matters. Act as a backup resource for critical HR functions and provide support during high-volume periods or business needs. Collaborate with relevant HR teams and business leaders to ensure seamless delivery of HR services. Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes, improve service quality, and enhance operational efficiency. Support the implementation of HR initiatives, projects, and process improvements as needed. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field . At least 10 years of overall US HR experience. At least 5 years of experience in HR Service Delivery, HR Operations, or HR Shared Services. At least 5 years of people management/leadership experience. Demonstrated experience overseeing or supporting multiple HR functions, particularly: Benefits People Operations People Experience Talent Acquisition Strong experience handling HR escalations and complex employee concerns . Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills. Strong ability to manage multiple HR functions and priorities simultaneously.
